Quotes, cover, and how a job runs

Call, message on WhatsApp, or use the form on the contact page. We'll come out at a time that suits you, look at the job, and send a written quote. There's no charge for the visit or the quote.

Fully insured for public liability. Certificates are available on request, and cover is verified as part of Checkatrade's vetting process — we'll send copies with your quote if you'd like to see them.
If a finish we've applied fails within 12 months due to our workmanship — peeling, blistering, visible cracking, or defects — we return and put it right at our cost, up to £1,000 per job. It doesn't cover damage from leaks, knocks, or normal wear and tear.
Checkatrade puts every tradesperson through a 12-point check before listing them — identity, qualifications, insurance, and references are all verified independently, not self-reported. You can view the profile and every rating directly on Checkatrade.
Payment terms are agreed and confirmed with you upfront, before work starts, as part of the written quote — so there are no surprises partway through the job.
We can. We use trade-standard brands as our default, but we're happy to use whatever you've chosen. We pass on trade pricing if you'd like us to buy the materials.
A single room usually takes 2–3 days. A full house interior is typically 2–3 weeks. Exterior work runs 5–10 days depending on size, access, and weather. You'll get a fixed timeframe in the written quote.
No — we sheet and cover furniture and floors ourselves as part of the job. If a room can be cleared it speeds things up, but it's not required.
Yes. Whoever quotes the job is the person on site to finish it — there are no subcontractors you haven't met. On larger jobs, up to two more team members may work alongside them.
Yes — single rooms, touch-ups, and smaller decorating jobs are welcome alongside full interior and exterior repaints.
Yes. We take on commercial decorating and landlord and end-of-tenancy jobs across the same coverage area, often working around tenants' or a business's hours.
