Who we are

What information we collect
When you submit the quote request form on our contact page, we collect the information you enter: your name, postcode, phone number, job type, and any optional message you add. We don't collect any information beyond what you enter into the form and, if you accept our cookie banner, the analytics described below.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — which pages get read, roughly how people arrive here, and nothing more specific than that. It only runs if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you click "Reject", or simply close the banner without choosing, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected about your visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page.
We don't use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any tracking that follows you to other websites.

We use the details you submit for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and carry out the work you've asked us to quote for. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a job goes ahead, for our own record-keeping. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll action it.
